FOOD DRIVE: through February 15
Please bring in non-perishable food for a local organization now through February 15th!
Recently, several men connected to a group have been deported, leaving families facing immediate financial instability. Many are now struggling to cover basic needs such as rent, food, and utilities. Support at this moment would be impactful. This local organization offers:
We want to support them in any way we can. Please contact S. Hutchins or W. Rochelle with any questions. Food donations be left on top of the cabinets at the far end of fellowship hall.
List of needs:
Feeding Flemington Lunch Program
The Feeding Flemington Lunch Program is really growing. We continue to provide 50-60 lunches through a local organization. We physically serve out locally in a warm and wonderful space. We are making connections there and they have been so gracious to us. The picture is of our friends who serve with us on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
The most recent update concerns a different local organization. Originally we were to supply 25 PB&J lunches for the kids in the after school program. However, we found out that 15 parents also attend programs for adults at the same time. Now we will provide 40 lunches so everyone has something to eat.
100 lunches a week!!! If you would like to help please contact us.
Supporting a Family of the Congregation
As many of you know, K. Moser has been in the hospital since last week and the Mosers are in need of our support through the making and dropping off of meals. We will take this a few weeks at a time but if anyone would like to provide meals, here is some basic information:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
They like sandwiches, soup, green salads, rice, noodles, potatoes, chicken, Mexican (but not too spicy), spaghetti and Italian.
Drop off between 5 and 6p to the side porch of their home.
please contact us to sign up.
Soul Soup is Back!
Soups will be available for pick-up immediately following church until noon. We encourage everyone to take some home for your family and a few extra to share to someone who may not expect it.
Please remember, this program isn’t just for those in need — of course, we will gladly help anyone who could use a warm meal. But Lisa’s original vision for Soul Soup was to spread warmth and kindness throughout the winter season. Let’s keep her vision alive this year! So, if you know someone who is home bound that would appreciate some soup please contact S. Hutchins and she will coordinate delivery.
We Need Your Help! We’re looking for volunteers to sign up to make soup or chili for each distribution day. Please plan to drop off all soups by 10:00 a.m. on the day of distribution or contact S. Hutchins to drop off Saturday! Sign up here:

Roxanne Alpaugh’s Retirement Celebration! Sunday, March 1
Roxanne began serving 3BRC back in 2007. After a (double!) knee replacement this past June, Roxanne made the decision to retire…and we want to celebrate her! It took a while, and we’ve finally found a date: Sunday, March 1! Be sure to be at worship and then at a special fellowship time where we will be able to be with Roxanne and thank her for all she has done for this community of faith!
Vacation Bible School: July 27-31, 2026!
We know that it's cold out...but we're already starting to prepare for this summer's VBS adventure here at 3BRC from July 27-31 with our usual morning timeslot of 9a-12p. The theme this year? True North, where we will get to guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they'll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what's true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that God is a faithful friend we can always trust. So, who's in?! Click on the link and register today! vbspro.events/p/52414b
